my necklace (for sasha)

here are the close ups of my gorgeous necklace, "the honeymooners". these are from the original listing in madame fortuna's etsy store. i finally counted and i've purchased 16 different pieces from her and have one item on reserve.
everytime a mme. fortuna package arrives, i put the piece on right away. this means i've been in my pajamas and pearls on several occasions! i swear she threads magic into her jewelry. allison, are you a fairy godmother?
one of these days i'm going to order a custom necklace from madame fortuna. she seems to know what i want before i do! everyone who has gotten one has adored it - ask darlene. in fact, one recipient even published an article about hers (you better believe i follow mme. fortuna press clippings).
as much as i rave about her jewelry, i've gotten a very sweet friend out of these dealings. i couldn't tell you her favorite movies or her husband's name but i do know that there's a common thread that runs between us. allison has something special that makes her a kindred spirit. i can't thank her enough for the dear things she's done for me (i love "the neon bible"), the books she's introduced me to, all the compliments strangers give to me about her artistic necklaces and bracelets, etc. i'm sensing an interview with her may be in order to introduce her to all my dear readers who haven't made her acquantance yet...
check out her store for some fun bits of wonder and prestidigitation!

I love Mme. And I love that YOU love Mme. She's outstanding and talented. She's down-to-earth, and yet, she's sort of like a fairy godmother...

Thank you for the little plug in this entry.

I love that you and I are connected in so many ways. We're daddy's girls, lovers of exotic style, and have hearts as big as our bodies. You will always be special to me.

By the way, speaking of Mme. You know that pearl necklace you mentioned a couple blogs ago? I am the recipient of that one now. So, we both have a necklace very similar to one another... :o)

Love you, sugar plum.

yay! we're necklace twins! we both have the die cut necklaces in watch casings as well. isn't collecting her stuff a hoot?

sister darlene, isn't it spooky how much we have in common and how well we relate to one another? i sometimes wonder if we were seperated at birth. one thing's for sure - we were cut from the same mold. yay for us!

love you, too!
