you can stand all night at a red light anywhere in town...

the sisters of mercy popped up on ye olde ipod during the drive home. now it's stuck in my head. i remember large gothic groups of us singing this together at parties when i was in my teens. they were happier parties than you might think.
my hair is driving me crazy lately. it's far too long and scraggly for my tastes. i pinned it up today just to get it away from my face. ugh. i don't care what i have to do tomorrow to scrounge up the $14 to get it chopped. i know my hips are far too wide to keep going back to this length but i don't care. i wanna i wanna I WANNA!!!! a little cut, a little dye and i'll feel like me again.i finished reading "kneller's happy campers" yesterday. it was great but far too short. i grabbed "a confederacy of dunces" on my way out the door and i'm so happy to be rereading it. for once i'm happy i buy my used books on amazon for $1 instead of getting them from the library. i'm an avid re-reader, you know.
(btw gib" what'd you think of "wristcutters"?)
i think it's nearing the time when i'll need to retire my bowie t shirt. *sigh* but one of my co-workers commented that i have a much nicer figure that one would assume given my usual attire. how to take that?

The comments you tell us you get from your co-workers are incredible. I mean, really?!? Where do people get the nerve?!? You have a lovely figure and your fantastic fashion sense shows it off well.

Hugs, Nicole

I agree with nicma79. You always look fabulous and personally have been a great inspiration to me and how I dress.

Go for the (even) shorter hair. You'll look divine!
