i've been watching "bleak house" from the bbc. it's an adaptation of the charles dickens novel, so the costumes are freakin' amazing. i'm in love! today's outfit was definitely influenced by that show. (yes, that is gillian "scully" anderson in the red dress and she kicks ass!)
i paired the floor length gunne sax dress with one of my new creations for my etsy store. it's an antique lace choker that can also be worn as a headwrap. it made me feel like a house servant today. some
people laughed at me but i don't really care. to be honest, it's flattering that the lady in mom jeans and a puffy jacket was less than impressed with my inspired outfit. so there!
cory rigged something up for his gmail account so it gives him a sobriety test before he can send e mails between the hours of 7pm and 3am. why can't they do that for cell phones? maybe that will be my million dollar idea. please don't steal it.
back to the sewing grind! i've got a lot more work i'd like to get done before the unveiling of my new collection on sunday. my fingers are so sore from being stabbed by the needle. if stuff wasn't turning out so good, i'd quit for the night and soak my aching digits. i hope my stuff sells!
